This policy explains how Financy Hub uses cookies and similar technologies on financyhub.com. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains our handling of personal information more broadly.
1.What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and software development kits, which perform comparable functions. Where this policy says cookies, it means all of them.
2.The categories we use

Before publishing. Replace this table with the actual cookie inventory once the site is instrumented: cookie name, the party that sets it, purpose, category and exact expiry. A named inventory is what a regulator and an enterprise reader expect to see, and a generic table invites the question of whether we know what we are running. 3.Cookies set by other parties
Some cookies are set by companies we work with rather than by us. That includes our analytics provider, our email platform where you arrive from a newsletter link, and any advertising partner whose advertising you have consented to. Those parties act under contract with us for analytics and delivery purposes, and may be independent controllers for advertising purposes. Their own policies apply to what they do with the information, and we name them in the inventory referred to above.
4.How to control cookies
- On this site. Use the Cookie Settings link in the footer of any page. Your choice applies to the browser and device you are using at the time.
- Opt-out preference signals. We honour the Global Privacy Control signal where the law requires. If your browser or extension sends a recognised signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out for that browser.
- In your browser. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop parts of the site from working.
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and it takes effect from the moment you make the change. It does not undo processing that has already happened.
5.If you do nothing
If you close a consent banner without making a choice, we set only strictly necessary cookies. We do not treat continued browsing as consent, and we do not pre-tick consent boxes.
6.Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the cookies we use change. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed, and material changes are notified on the site.
